"I've been coming to Cuautla and eating at this restaurant for years, but for the past few months, the service has been terrible. The problem is that the staff is too small, and there aren't enough for so many people. The food is served raw, presumably due to the weather, the number of people, etc. There's a man who sings, and he's very friendly, helping announce when cars need to be moved, but his music is too loud, making it impossible to chat. It used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but I won't go back. I have a theory about the shortage of staff: there's a lot of extortion toward restaurateurs throughout Morelos. All I can do is wish them luck and hope they can improve, since many families make a living from the food business."
